Ingredients For Mango Flavoured Malai Chamcham Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first boil the milk & when it will start to boil switch off the flame.
  • 2. Add raw mango in hot milk & keep rest for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add vinegar then to curdle the milk. Drain the excess water & wash the paneer under cold water to avoid the sour taste of vinegar.
  • 4. Take a muslim cloth & tie the paneer for an hour. Make it dry.
  • 5. Then add semolina to paneer & mash it well.
  • 6. Now take small portion from paneer & make cylindrical shaped chomchom.
  • 7. Add sugar with water & boil syrup. When it will start to leave bubble add chomchom & boil it in high for 15 minutes with lid.
  • 8. After then open the lid & boil it in medium flame for another 15 minutes without lid.
  • 9. Switch off the flame then & make the chomchom cool in room temperature.
  • 10. For instant malai add milk powder in hot tawa. Add milk & mix it well without any lump. It will take 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 11. Now cut the chomchom from centre & fill it with malai.
  • 12. Decorate with chopped dry fruits as per your choice.
  • 13. Keep it in fridge for sometime & then enjoy it.
