Ingredients For Mango panna cotta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. in a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp of agar-agar / gelatin and add 2 tbsp hot water.
  • 2. mix well till dissolve agar-agar completely.
  • 3. Now add 2 cups of mango puree.mix well make sure the pulp gets mixed up with agar-agar uniformly.
  • 4. Now place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly
  • 5. pour in prepared mango mixture till it reaches the outer rim.
  • 6. now refrigerate it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely
  • 7. after 2 hours, check the mango has set completely.
  • 8. For prepare cream layer heating up milk add in 1 tsp agar-agar / gelatin and whisk well.
  • 9. cook the milk on medium-low heat till it steams (do not boil) add 1 cup cream and whisk well.
  • 10. add ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and pinch of salt. Mix and dissolve the sugar completely.
  • 11. let the milk cool for 10 minutes and pour the milk into same glass in which mango puree set..
  • 12. refrigerate it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely.
  • 13. Now garnish with few chopped mangoes and enjoy cool nd delicious mango panna cotta
