Methods
  • 1. Wash the mangoes and remove the mango peel.
  • 2. Squeeze the mango such that the juice and small chunks fall into the bowl.
  • 3. For the left over pulp on the seed add water and squeeze the rest of the pulp.
  • 4. Add the left over pulp to the bowl.
  • 5. If the mango pulps have greater chunk use a beater to mash all the mango chunks.
  • 6. After it becomes a thick paste add cold milk sugar cardamom powder and little salt to give it a flavour.
  • 7. Now mix well.
  • 8. The shikarni is ready and can be eaten with chappathi.
