Ingredients For Masala Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix water, sugar, yeast together, until the yeast is completely diluted.
  • 2. Mix flour, gluten, salt, bread improver together.
  • 3. Now pour in the liquid in the dry ingredients and knead by using the push and pull method,
  • 4. When kneaded leave the dough to prove in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Meanwhile, prepare the masala.
  • 6. Take a pan add in some oil, then add in the chopped onions and spices of your choice and saute it.
  • 7. After the first proving, take out the dough from the bowl and spread it with your fingers on a flat dusted base.
  • 8. Now apply the prepared masala all over the flattened dough.
  • 9. Now simply roll it in the shape of a bread, and place it the bread mould.
  • 10. Again apply the remaining masala on the top,a and prove it for the second time.
  • 11. Now preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
  • 12. After the second proving bake it for 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
  • 13. Once baked, glaze it with olive oil.
  • 14. Slice it warm and soft and serve.
