Ingredients For Masala Laccha Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  • 2. Give ball shape to each portion of the dough .Dust dry flour on the rolling board.
  • 3. Take a plate mix all the dry masala.
  • 4. Roll the dough with rolling pin and make a big Roti .
  • 5. Spread ghee on the Roti evenly. Sprinkle 1 tsp masala and spread.Press it wit your hands.
  • 6. Make fan like fold. Give it spiral shape.
  • 7. Again roll this to give it round shape Paratha.
  • 8. Heat a griddle . Place Paratha over it. Cook it on slow flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
  • 9. Serve it with curd or any curry.
