Matar Khoya sitafal is
a sweet made with green peas, dryfruits,khoya,sugar and shaped like custard apple.It can be a good choice for serving and gifting during Diwali festival.
1.
Firstly in a blender add Boiled matar and blend to smooth paste.Heat the ghee in a pan and add prepared paste and saute for 1 minute now add sugar and mix well.switch off the flame.

Add Cardamom powder, dryfruit, coconut powder and mix well Heat ghee in a pan add mava and sugar powder saute for 1 minute and let it cool.
3.
Make big ball with mava and small ball with matar paste Take big ball and stick small ball on it press the sweet with your palm very gently all over. Ready to eat
