Methods
  • 1. Take yeast, pour hot milk, add sugar in a bowl, add flour, semolina, baking soda and mix well,
  • 2. Rest for 30mins,
  • 3. Take a bowl, put mava, chopped dryfruit pieces add chocolate syrup on it,
  • 4. Take an amount of dough stuffed with dryfruit mixer, close it nicely then shape it by using maamoul mould , press it , take out, keep a baking tray,
  • 5. Give mix wash on it bake 180degree for 15mins convention method,
  • 6. Then take out ready to serve.
