Gujiya is a traditional sweet, which is loved by every one. Gujia is definitely made on Holi, without it this festival seems incomplete, it is very tasty to eat.
Dough should not be soft. Don’t over fill the stuffing. Fry it on low heat. While frying flip it gently.
