Ingredients For Maxican tikka Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Keep the water to boil. Add sooji to it and mix it properly so that no lumps remain
  • 2. Add salt and chilli flakes to it.
  • 3. Add boiled sweet corn, carrots, spring onion and mix it properly
  • 4. Let the sooji get cook properly and no water should remain
  • 5. Grease the plate and spread sooji mixture to plate.
  • 6. After it cool down a bit, make pieces of it
  • 7. Coarsly grind poha. Make a paste of maida by adding water and little salt to it.
  • 8. Coat the piece of sooji to maida paste and then to crushed poha.
  • 9. Deep fry it or shallow fry it. I fried them in air fryer.
  • 10. Serve it with sezwan sauce
