Ingredients For Pani Fulki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix both the dal pastes. Make thick batter, using water as needed. Add green chilies paste to taste, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • 2. Add sufficient water to steamer and grease small idli mould. Heat till water reach to boiling temperature. Mix batter well.
  • 3. At last, add fruit salt with lemon juice . Again mix well and pour the prepared dal flour mixture into idli small moulds. Steam till cooked for about 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. When ready, cool and remove button idlies from moulds. Keep aside to cool.
  • 5. For pani, in a blender, add all the ingredients mentioned above for the pani.
  • 6. (Check the seasoning. Add more salt or jeera powder or chaat masala or jaggery if oras required. ) If you want a thin pani, you could add some water. But keep on checking the seasoning, as per your taste.
  • 7. To serve - pour the prepared water in serving deep dish .Dip the mini idlies in water and let them fill water serve chilled garnished with boondi and pomegrateseeds .
