Methods
  • 1. Cream the margarine and powdered sugar to form a fluffy mixture.
  • 2. Then add milk and whole egg along with vanilla essence to the creamed mixture.
  • 3. Mix flour and baking soda together and add it gradually with the mixture which will result into a soft dough formation.
  • 4. Refrigerate the dough for about 20 mins. and then take it out for shaping.
  • 5. Make small ball sized shaped out of the dough and coat it with cornflakes properly.
  • 6. Place it onto the tray and bake them for about 10-12 mins at 175⁰ C.
