Ingredients For Methi Besan Chila Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and finely chop fenugreek leaves.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil. Add little water and prepare a batter. Keep it aside for rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3. Grease a non stick pan with oil. Heat it up. Then wipe with a cloth. Now pour a ladleful batter over it. Spread it in the circle.
  • 4. While applying oil on both sides, fry the cheela on a low-medium flame till it becomes crispy.
  • 5. Crispy, delicious METHI BESAN CHILA is ready, serve it hot with any sauce or sauce.
