Ingredients For Methi Mathari recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients. Mix it.
  • 2. Now add ghee. Mix it with flour very well.
  • 3. Gradually add Luke warm water and knead a hard dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 4. After 10 minutes again knead it. Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Make big Roti , cut it into desired shape.
  • 5. Prike all the Mathari with fork.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. On low medium heat deep fry all the Mathari until it becomes golden brown and crispy .
  • 7. Let it completely cool. Then store it in container.
