  • 1. Wash and chopp methi leaves. Methi leaves are mixed in a flour with salt, carom seeds and 1 tsp refined oil to make a dough with help of little water.
  • 2. On a heated tawa make parathas applying oil on both the sides.
  • 3. Serve hot with curd or pickles.
