This is my innovative healthy tiffin box recipe. It's the kid's favourite pizza with a twist. I used millet flour and aubergine for the crust. It's a healthy version of pizza.

Ingredients For Millet Flour Aubergine Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the aubergine into round pieces. Take six pieces.
  • 2. Sprinkle salt and coat with millet flour.
  • 3. Drizzle little oil in a nonstick pan and roast the millet aubergine to form the pizza crust. Let it be slightly cool.
  • 4. Now, top them with pizza sauce, red bell pepper strips, black olives, cheese and oregano.
  • 5. Preheat oven at 180° C for 7 to 10 mins and microwave until the cheese melts.
  • 6. Healthy millet flour aubergine pizza is ready.
