Ingredients For Rice Croquettes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a big bowl add rice, garlic powder, chopped onion,parsley,mashed sweet potato,dried basil leaves,black pepper and 2 Tbsp bread crumbs.
  • 2. Add parmesan cheese,mozzarella cheese,salt and mix everything well.
  • 3. Apply little water on your palm.
  • 4. Take a small portion of mixture in your hand and shape into small ball.
  • 5. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture.
  • 6. In a wide bowl,mix the flour with water to get a flour paste and keep aside.
  • 7. In another plate,spread bread crumbs and keep aside.
  • 8. Grease big plate with little oil and keep aside.
  • 9. Dip the prepared croquette in the flour paste and then roll it on the bread crumbs until evenly coated.
  • 10. Repeat the same process for all the croquettes.
  • 11. Heat a deep pan with oil for deep-frying.
  • 12. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until brown on all sides by turning then often.
  • 13. Drain the excess oil on a paper napkin.
  • 14. Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
