Ingredients For Mint Buttermilk Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl. Add curd and churn well.
  • 2. Pour water to it and churn again. Add salt to it and mix well.
  • 3. In a dry mixie jar, add mint leaves, green chili and ginger. Make a coarse paste.
  • 4. Transfer the above paste to the churrned buttermilk. Stir well.
  • 5. Serve the mint buttermilk.
