Ingredients For Mishti doi moulds recipe

Methods
  • 1. firstly, in a large bowl take all the ingredients and whisk well till the milk powder combines well without any lumps.
  • 2. Whisk again smooth making sure everything is combined well, transfer the curd mixture to silicon moulds and cover each mould with aluminum foil to prevent water from entering while steaming..
  • 3. Place the moulds into a steamer with enough water. steam for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminium foil and check if the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 4. Refrigerate the set yogurt mixture for an hour or till it sets completely. De mould and garnish with peeled almonds, pistachios and rose petals, serve cold.
