Ingredients For Missi Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take all the ingredients except oil.
  • 2. Add little amount of water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • 4. Take some dough make into a big ball and roll out into a roti size.
  • 5. Place the roti over the hot pan as soon as looks like brown.
  • 6. Flip over and cook on the other side till brown.
  • 7. Applying oil / butter on both the sides
  • 8. Take off the pan and serve hot.
