Make halwa on a slow flame n stir continuously to avoid sticking.

Methods
  • 1. Soak the yellow dal for half an hour.
  • 2. Now make a fine paste of the dal.
  • 3. Heat Nova shudh ghee in a pan n add moongdal paste to it.
  • 4. Slowly stir the dal, fry for some time
  • 5. Now add sugar n milk n slowly stir it, till it leaves the pan.
  • 6. Once it becomes golden colour n leaves the ghee n pan.
  • 7. Halwa is ready. Add elachi powder n nuts
  • 8. Serve the halwa in a tart. Can use the ready made tart also.
  • 9. Here have made the tart. For this
  • 10. Take maida, add baking soda,1 tablespoon of sugar n ghee.
  • 11. Make soft dough n roll into small puri .
  • 12. Now stick this puri inside the muffins moulds .
  • 13. Prick the tart with fork.
  • 14. Bake it on 180 degree for 20 mins.
  • 15. Cool it n slowly remove the tart.
  • 16. Halwa can be served on tart.
