Methods
  • 1. First of all take a heavy bottom wok or a pan.. Add 2 tsp ghee, roast all dry fruits one by one for a few seconds.. Keep a side
  • 2. And now add all types of flour in same pan, and add ghee roast, stirring it until aromatic and then take out a dish.
  • 3. In the same pan melt jaggery, sugar and 1/2 cup of water stir, cook on medium flame, make a syrup switch off the flame
  • 4. Then add roasted multigrain aata little by little but quickly mix in syrup and then add all chopped dry fruits mix it properly
  • 5. Now add cardamom powder mix it well, leave and cover it for 30 seconds.
  • 6. Now grease the palm with some ghee and make balls... Your healthy multigrain dry fruits laddu is ready... Enjoy
