Ingredients For Kadhai Mushroom Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add finely chopped garlic and green chili. Saute for one minute.
  • 2. Add finely chopped onion. Fry until it turns golden brown in color.
  • 3. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till raw smell disappears.
  • 4. Now add spices.Cook till oil gets separated. Add capsicum and mushroom and saute for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Reduce the flame and add cream. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
  • 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add little water if gravy gets too thick.
  • 7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
