Nalen Gurer Rasogolla Recipe

It is a very popular and famous sweet of our West Bengal. We the Bengalees always love to have sweet dishes after our lunch or dinner. Today I have made this Rasogolla mixed with new Jaggery, known as Nalen gur. This spongy Nalen Gurer Rasogolla is so delicious and mouth watering sweet.

Ingredients For Nalen Gurer Rasogolla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first boil the milk and when it is started to boil then do the flame low.
  • 2. Add lemon juice with the milk and this milk is curdled.
  • 3. Then it is filtered and drained of whey to make chana .
  • 4. Add semolina with the chana and knead very well with the help of palm
  • 5. When this chana becomes very soft and fine then make dumplings means ball like round dough.
  • 6. I have made one big and four small ball of chana
  • 7. Take whole Jaggery in a big deep bottomed pan and add one glass of water with it.
  • 8. Heat the pan and add crushed cardamom in Nalen gur and add the balls of chana and allow to boil it.
  • 9. After some time the balls of chana become bigger in size and now all 5 Rasogolla are ready to serve.
  • 10. These Rasogolla are known as....... Nalen Gurer Rasogolla
