Methods
  • 1. Sift together cocoa powder & sugar powder. Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler.
  • 2. Once its melted completely ..add sifted cocoa & sugar powder little by little. Beat well everytime with a wire whisk...keep aside.
  • 3. Pour cream into a pan & heat on low flame. Boil for 2 min.
  • 4. Turn off flame. After a min. or 2 mix in the chocolate made earlier.
  • 5. Incorporate well. Gently beat till it thickens.
  • 6. Line a tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture..spread evenly.
  • 7. Freeze for 2 hours. Then cut into squares.
  • 8. Dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy melt in the mouth incredibly yummy chocolate.
  • 9. Store remaining in a box in freezer.
