MILKMAID SWEET SUSHI RECIPE

This is my own innovative dish with milkmaid. Sushi in Indian sweet flavor with carrot, coconut and spinach is a heaven in every bite. This tricolor gluten-free sweet sushi is not only yummy, it's healthy as well. It's a fusion of Indian and Japanese recipe.

Recipe Notes

1. After adding milkmaid simmer and cook so that the mixture doesn't burns.2. To make it gluten free, I have added coconut in place of rice to the sushis.

Ingredients For MILKMAID SWEET SUSHI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Blanch spinach for few minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
  • 2. In a pan, heat ghee and saute grated carrot in low flame. Add ½ nestle milkmaid condensed milk and cook for few minutes till the carrots are done.
  • 3. Now add sugar and mix well. Add raisins, chopped almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder. Transfer it to a bowl.
  • 4. In another pan, add coconut and remaining nestle milkmaid condensed milk. Saute in low flame till the mixture becomes thick.
  • 5. Now, to assemble, first put the blanched spinach leaves. Spread the coconut mixture over it.
  • 6. Then spread the carrot mixture and roll from one side.
  • 7. Delicious milkmaid sweet sushi are ready to serve.
