It is one of the must dessert recipes during the holy month of eid ramadan. it is loaded with the goodness of creamy custard, but the topping of different types of dry fruits makes it a very special dessert recipe.

Keep the milk boiling. Mix arrowroot and custard powder in 1/4 cup milk in a bowl. And pour in boiling milk. And keep on stair. When the milk becomes thick, turn off the gas.

Now put ghee in a pan. And make the Savaiya fine. And put in ghee. And bake a little. Now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well, and turn off the gas. And divide the sivaiya into two parts. Add food color to one part, and mix well.

Now take a glass dish. And put ghee in it, and spread the non-coloured sivaiya. Press well with the bowl.

Now pour boiled milk on the sivaiya. Then put sivaiya on top. And spread it well all around. Put the dry fruits on top. And keep it in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
