Methods
  • 1. Grate and wash the potato. Chop tomatoes, green onions, coriander leaves. Now add grated potato with oil to the pan. Beans and dates,
  • 2. Mix well with green chillies, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt and little sugar. Spread the fried masala powder,
  • 3. Now mix rice powder, flour, salt and make a batter with water as required. Now brush the oil in the pan and pour a laddle full batter,
  • 4. Spread the batter in a circular way using backside of laddle. Roll it in a same direction, serve hot or cold.
