Jaggery should be melt on low to medium flame.You can add or skip ingredients according to your taste and choice.

Ingredients For Oats Jaggery Peanut bars Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly dry roast oats for 1 minute on low flame.
  • 2. Heat pan,add jaggery,oil and water and melt it on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Once jaggery melts cook for more 10 seconds and switch off the flame.
  • 4. Add all the rest ingredients,mix well and evenly spread this mixture in a greased steel plate and leave it for half an hour.
  • 5. Cut into pieces(you can also cut the bars at the time of spreading the mixture) and its ready to be served.
