Nan khatai is all time favourite for all age groups. Generally it is made with all purpose flour but here I have also added oats so as to give it a healthy version.

Ingredients For Oats nan khatai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add ghee and sugar. Mix well till it gets creamy. Add all the other ingredients.
  • 2. Mix very well. Prepare a dough. The dough must not be too soft.
  • 3. Use ghee according to requirement.
  • 4. Take small portions of the dough and make balls. Flatten the balls and insert pistachio or almond or choco chips.
  • 5. Place the nan khatai on the greased tray at distance and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  • 6. Oats nan khatai are ready. Cool them completely and store in air tight container.
