Ingredients For ORANGE CUSTARD KHEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut the orange into two pieces and remove the inner thin skin and the seeds.
  • 2. We take the orange pulp.
  • 3. Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
  • 4. Once boiled add rice and,keep it on low flame and stir occasionally for thickening the milk.
  • 5. Take custard powder and add in the half cup of cold milk and mix well.
  • 6. Add sugar and custard milk and mix well.
  • 7. Remove the vessel from the gas.
  • 8. Add cardamom powder and stir allow to cool completely.
  • 9. Then keep it in the fridge.
  • 10. Keep the orange pulp in fridge too.
  • 11. Mix the orange juice and orange pulp into the cold custard rice kheer.
  • 12. Garnish with strawberry and serve.
