Ingredients For Palak paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut 1/2 inch pieces of paneer. Tawa fry paneer to slightly brown and keep aside.
  • 2. In a pan heat oil. Add shah zeera and let it splutter. Add ginger and garlic, saute till it changes colour.
  • 3. Add chopped green chillies and tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are tender.
  • 4. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Add spinach to it. Cover pan with lid and cook till tender. Make sure water it leaves has dried up. Take off from flame and let it cool.
  • 6. Grind the cooked spinach and put it back on low flame.
  • 7. Now add fried paneer pieces to it & serve it hot.
