Ingredients For Paneer Bhurji Sandwiches Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For the paneer Bhuji :- take a pan, heat it up and add oil.
  • 2. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. When they splutter add tomatoes.
  • 3. Saute for 3 minutes and add all the spices.
  • 4. Saute for 2 minutes and add grated paneer.
  • 5. Saute for another 5 minutes and keep aside.
  • 6. Now make sandwich with this filling.
  • 7. Apply butter on both sides and toast on a grill pan.
  • 8. Serve with dip of choice.
