Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl and add sliced paneer, red chilli powder and salt to It. Mix everything well and let It sit for 7-8 minutes.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour salt, black pepper powder with some water. Beat this to make a fine and thick paste.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Next, dip a paneer piece In the paste and cover It with breadcrumbs. Repeat this for every paneer piece.Keep It aside in a plate.
  • 4. Once the oil is sizzling hot, fry the paneer pieces until they are golden. Strain the extra oil and pat dry with tissue.
  • 5. Serve this deliciously tempting and crunchy snack hot.
