Take fresh paneer. Adjust spices as per your taste. To change the taste at the time of marination you can add some garlic paste.

Ingredients For Paneer Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the paneer in cubes . Marinate it with salt, chat masala and black pepper powder. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Take a bowl add gram flour, salt and water , make a lump free , little thick but pouring batter.
  • 3. Take a wok , heat oil in it.
  • 4. Take marinated paneer pieces, dip in batter , deep fry on medium heat till it becomes crispy.
  • 5. Transfer it in a serving plate. Sprinkle chat masala . Serve with any sauce or dip.
