Ingredients For Barley Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take boiled barley in a bowl. Add garlic, onion and green chilly.
  • 2. Add besan, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well
  • 3. Make round cutlets. Dust them with roasted besan
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry barley tikkis on medium flame till it gets golden brown crust. Serve hot
