Recipe Notes

Always use wooden chopping board or any wooden flat surface when you dip rice paper in water hold it for a second and place on wooden flat surface so that it will not stick .

Ingredients For RICE PAPER BULLET SAMOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in pan and add jeera let splutter and then add chopped/ grated ginger and saute for a minute add green chilli paste and saute for a minute.
  • 2. Next add green peas with adding all spices and saute till spices turn aromatic then add boiled mashed potatoes.
  • 3. Mix well with the spices and add hara dhania switch of the flame and let the mixture gets cool down grease your palms with oil and give stuffing a bullet shape and keep aside.
  • 4. Take ready rice paper dip for a second in water holding the sheet with your fingers and place on a wooden platter never use any plate or anything else for this always use wooden chopping board or anything flat wooden platter and place the stuffing first fold from both the sides and roll and close.
  • 5. Make tight rolls and deep fry in a kadai and fry till little golden brown and serve hot rice paper bullet samosa with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy in morning breakfast or evening tea snacks.
