Nolen gur is one of a winter special ingredients of any Bengali kitchen. We make so many types of pitha and desserts with this. I have made my dish using nolen gur & milkmaid.

Bring to boil the milk first. Boil it in high and make 1/4th in quantity. Make it cool then. Add liquid jaggery in it and mix it well.

Rabdi is ready now. Make it cool.

In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, maida, crushed cardamom, baking soda and 3 to 4 tbsp milkmaid. If needed, add little milk and make a dough of it. Keep rest for 5 mins.

Take small portion from dough and make jalebi from it.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the jalebi in medium flame.
6.
Now dip all the paneer jalebi in milkmaid for 15minutes and then serve it with chilled rabdi.
