  • 1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and stir fry the paneer pieces.
  • 2. Take out the paneer, fry garlic, chopped onion, carrots, add capsicum and fry then add paneer, salt, pepper, chili flakes and oregano.
  • 3. Serve mixed with lemon juice in a plate.
