This is a recipe for Indian version of Veg quesdilla. In central and southern regions of Mexico, a quesadilla is a flat circle of cooked corn masa, called a tortilla, warmed to soften it enough to be folded in half, and then filled.

Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it. Make into a soft dough
  • 2. Roll it into a medium thick and roast it onto a tawa
  • 3. Take one roti as a base. Spread grated cheese and shredded cabbage. Keep other roti on top
  • 4. Grease a tawa and roast it until cheese melts
  • 5. Serve with tandoori mayonnaise.
