Ingredients For Patta Gobi Masala

Methods
  • 1. Wash and finely chop patta gobhi. Peel the potato chop it.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, when it starts crackle add chopped onion, green chili and ginger. Cook it for few minutes.
  • 3. Add chopped patta gobhi and potatoes. Cook it on low medium heat.
  • 4. Add spices and chopped tomato. Mix it. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add coriander leaves.
