Ingredients For Pea potato croquettes

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, peas, oats and ragi flour very well.
  • 2. Add rest of the ingredients to this mixture.
  • 3. Mix well . Make small sized balls from the mixture.
  • 4. Insert half cashew on each ball.
  • 5. Refrigerator all the croquettes for 45 minutes before frying.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok. Fry each croquettes on medium to high flame till they become golden brown in appearance .
  • 7. Your crispy croquettes are ready. Serve hot with mint chutney.
