Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and cut the potatoes as fries and coat them with cornflour.
  • 2. Take a grinding jar and add all the mixed herbs, chili and pepper powder.
  • 3. Grind them into a fine powder.
  • 4. Peri Peri masala is ready.
  • 5. Now heat the oil in a deep pan. Oil should be really very hot.
  • 6. Now fry the potatoes till golden and crispy.
  • 7. Shake the potatoes with masala.
  • 8. Peri Peri fries are ready, serve with ketchup on side.
  • 9. Bon Apetite!
