Ingredients For PETHA PANEER SANDESH RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • 2. Once boiled,add the lemon juice and cover the milk.
  • 3. After few minutes milk is fully curdled.
  • 4. Strain the milk in a muslin cloth and wash in fresh water for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 5. And hang the cottage cheese / paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour.
  • 6. Now we get soft paneer.
  • 7. We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
  • 8. Heat non stick pan and add paneer/ cottage cheese,grated and cook on a low flame.
  • 9. When petha mix well we switch off the gas.
  • 10. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 11. Once cooled we knead it and make sandesh.
  • 12. Press in the center and add almond at the top
