Methods
  • 1. Grind poha in a coarse powderAnd mix with rawa and keep in a bowl
  • 2. Add curd and water and make a thick batter keep it covered for 20 mins keep it aside
  • 3. Prepare the idli steamer when ready add salt to the idli batter add water of needed to set the consistency
  • 4. Lastly add Eno and mix with light hands and steam idlis for 15 mins on medium flame and serve hot with coconut chutney
