Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and fry makhana for 1 minute until it becomes crispy and take out from pan immediately.
  • 2. Add poha,black salt and green chillies and saute it for 5 minutes constantly or until it becomes fried.
  • 3. Sprinkle chaat masala and finally add fried makhana also and mix well.
  • 4. Poha Makhana Fry Namkeen is ready to serve.
