Methods
  • 1. Take Poha and rinse it in water. After rinsing soak the Poha in water for two minutes.(Too much water to be avoided,pour the water accordingly to the level of poha you have taken)
  • 2. After 2 minutes smash the poha in your hand and see that there is no water in the poha
  • 3. Add Onions,Chilli,Coriander leaves to the smashed Poha and Add Rice Flour or Rava,Salt and Curd.
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients well. (With few drops of water according to the consistency of the mixed flour). Now the Mixture is ready. Before making the dough check that your hand is wet
  • 5. Take the Pan,heat it in medium flame.Once the oil is heated up you can put the Poha vada Leave one side of Vada to fry.Yes the Crispy Poha Vada is ready. So friends give a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
