Methods
  • 1. First, peel the potatoes and cut them into thick circles. Cook it in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Now filter it and separate its water.
  • 2. Prepare a thick batter by adding gram flour, salt, red chillies, carom seeds , turmeric powder and water as required in a bowl.
  • 3. Add lemon juice and potato pieces into the batter . Mix it well.
  • 4. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry these potato fritters on medium heat until crispy on both sides.
  • 5. Serve it with sauce. Sprinkle chaat masala on top. Crispy Potato Fritters are ready.
