Ingredients For POTATO RING RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a blender add rava and blend to make fine powder.
  • 2. Heat a pan add rava and saute for two to three mins in a low flame,now add cumin seeds,salt,chilly flakes,coriander leaves,1.2 cup water and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • 3. Make a soft dough,grate the boiled potatoes and add in the rava dough and mix well.
  • 4. Add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well.
  • 5. Grease the rolling pin and roll the dough like chapati and cut the ring shape with the help of cookies cutter.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato ring on low flame until golden and crispy in small batches.
  • 7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
