1.
Take a blender add rava and blend to make fine powder.

Heat a pan add rava and saute for two to three mins in a low flame,now add cumin seeds,salt,chilly flakes,coriander leaves,1.2 cup water and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.

Make a soft dough,grate the boiled potatoes and add in the rava dough and mix well.
4.
Add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well.
5.
Grease the rolling pin and roll the dough like chapati and cut the ring shape with the help of cookies cutter.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato ring on low flame until golden and crispy in small batches.
