Ingredients For Protein Packed Desi Noodles Recipes

Methods
  • 1. Firstly soak the moong dal for 2 hours in water.
  • 2. Now drain the excess water and grind in mixer for paste. add ¼ salt, ¼ tsp black pepper mix it.
  • 3. Heat a griddle on medium flame and grease with ghee.
  • 4. Pour the 2 tbsp dal batter on it and spread evenly in round shape.
  • 5. Cook from both sides until golden.
  • 6. In a wok add ghee heat it.
  • 7. Add onion roast slightly.
  • 8. Add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 9. Add grated carrot and cook for 2 minutes more.
  • 10. Add salt, black pepper, soya sauce and tomato ketchup mix well.
  • 11. Cut the dal chilla in long strips with the help of scissor. as like noodles.
  • 12. Add noodles in cooked veggies and mix it.
  • 13. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix slightly.
  • 14. Serve hot Protein Packed Desi Noodles.
