Ingredients For PUNJABI ALOO LAUNJI

Methods
  • 1. Boil 3 to 4 medium size potato 500gms adding pinch of salt
  • 2. Peel and cut into cubes and heat 1 tbs of oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
  • 3. In the same pan empty the curry paste ready to use and add 3/4th cup of water .
  • 4. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium flame for 2 to 3 min
  • 5. Add the fried potatoes wuth the masala and cook on medium flame for 5 to 6 min
  • 6. Next garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or pooris
